[San Francisco, CA, July 11, 2023] – Strategikon, a leading provider of innovative solutions for clinical trial sourcing and procurement, is pleased to announce the release of Clinical Maestro 4.1, a powerful update that introduces significant advancements in functionality across multiple modules. This release reflects Strategikon’s dedication to listening to customer feedback and delivering tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
The SOURCE module of Clinical Maestro now offers an exciting new feature that enables Sponsors to effortlessly generate contracting documents, such as Statement(s) of Work (SOW) and Change Order(s) directly in the sourcing platform. Currently, generating ordering documents requires cutting and pasting tables from vendor proposals into Word templates – a highly manual, tedious, and error prone process. Leveraging configurable templates that pull data from vendor proposals submitted in SOURCE, Sponsor users can create unlimited templates customized based on vendor preferences and existing document formats, resulting in >95% efficiency in document creation and management.
In the PORTFOLIO Module, Clinical Maestro 4.1 expands its benchmark offering by incorporating additional services while maintaining the exceptional accuracy of the PORTFOLIO capability. Sponsors now have access to benchmarking data for ePRO/eCOA, IRT, IRB-IBC Management, Patient Board Services, Site Board Services, Patient Reimbursement, and Translations.
The VISION module of Clinical Maestro introduces enhanced capabilities, allowing users to access more comprehensive data from their vendor portfolio at an aggregate level via powerful dashboards. This feature streamlines reporting and filtering processes, empowering users to derive valuable insights and make data-driven decisions effortlessly.
Responding to customer feedback, Strategikon has introduced two essential features for improved flexibility and communication. Sponsors can now change selection members of a sent Sourcing Event (RFP, RFI, Change Order), allowing for the removal of individuals who are no longer relevant to the sourcing process, such as those who have left the company. Additionally, Sponsors can configure notification settings for selection members during sourcing events, ensuring that bidding-related notifications align with each organization’s unique preferences.
“Strategikon is dedicated to empowering our customers with advanced solutions that streamline their clinical trial sourcing and procurement processes,” said Anca Copaescu, CEO at Strategikon. “The release of Clinical Maestro 4.1 demonstrates our commitment to listening to our customers and delivering functionalities that enhance their productivity, efficiency, and overall success.”
